These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Property Management Services website (propertymanagementservices.org.uk) and the services we provide to landlords and tenants. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide property letting and management services including tenant finding, referencing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, inspections, and compliance management. The specific scope of services provided to each landlord is set out in a separate Management Agreement signed prior to the commencement of services.
These website Terms do not replace the formal Management Agreement entered into between Property Management Services and a landlord client. Where there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed Management Agreement, the Management Agreement takes precedence.
Fees for our services are as set out on our Pricing page or as otherwise agreed in writing with individual clients. Fees are subject to change with reasonable notice provided to existing clients.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website by knowingly introducing viruses, attempting unauthorised access, or engaging in any activity that could damage or impair the website's functionality.
Information submitted via our website contact and enquiry forms is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to provide you with the services requested, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
While we take reasonable care to ensure the information on this website is accurate, we make no warranties as to its completeness or accuracy. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on website content, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Either party may terminate a management arrangement in accordance with the notice period set out in the relevant Management Agreement, typically 30 days' written notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
